Commissioned by Wrenman Homes, our team of electricians has completed three phases in the development of new housing in Halton, Lancashire. The finished site will have 60 houses and the project includes houses of varying sizes.

The client:

Wrenman Homes is a family-run independent property developer, developing affordable 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes. Their Forge Weir View plot will create 60 unique homes for the Halton community.

Warren and Vanessa Cadman are the husband and wife team behind Wrenman Homes. They have over 25 years of experience in the building industry and use a strong team of local tradesman and suppliers.
