Working for the team at the Bay View Garden Centre, in Bolton-le-Sands in Lancashire, our electricians were on site to complete a short 14-week programme of electrical services ready for a re-opening in time for the busy Christmas trading period. The range of systems installed included distribution, switchgear, power, LED lighting, fire and intruder alarms, data and network cabling, lightning protection and a PA system. We have plenty of experience in the education sector and in housing so it was good to combine the two in this halls of residence project for the University of Cumbria in Lancaster. Working alongside the principal contractor over the 6-week summer break, we completed power, lighting and alarm system works on time and on budget. The accommodation refurbishment is a project we are very proud of and the halls of residence are now home to a vibrant and diverse student community.

Commissioned by Wrenman Homes, our team has completed three phases of a new housing development in Halton, Lancashire. The project included houses of varying sizes with many having been tailored to suit the buyers’ individual requirements and desires during construction.
