Fire alarms

Our services range from seamless installation of new fire alarm systems, to providing a cost efficient, reliable testing and maintenance service.

An effective fire safety system plays a key role in preventing and reducing the impact that a fire could have on both domestic and commercial premises. Fire alarm systems are a legal requirement for all properties, other than domestic.

As all types of buildings have different safety regulations, we have many different fire alarm systems available to suit. We highly recommend that you install a fire safety system in more complex buildings, in order to meet safety regulations.

All our work complies with regulations BS 5839-1 and BS 5839-6, and the team here are a group of reliable, highly skilled engineers.

Emergency lighting

Emergency lighting automatically switches on when the power supply fails during a fire. It can be sub-divided into different categories – for example, escape lighting and standby lighting. It’s required to enable occupants to evacuate the premises safely.

We install, test and maintain emergency lighting in HMO premises, commercial properties, public buildings, schools, guest houses and hotels etc.

Our emergency lighting engineers are trained in all of the relevant British Standards, including BS 5266-1. For additional peace of mind, we also guarantee all emergency lighting installations for 12 months.
